Every Hiring Automations Kit

Four reusable Codex skills from Arielle for candidate screening, hiring emails, sending safeguards, and phone-screen prep.

Can a reusable Codex kit reproduce useful parts of an applicant tracking system with tools a hiring team already uses?

Arielle packaged the hiring workflows she built with Codex into a reusable kit, with prompts and setup blueprints for Slack, Notion, email, and Google Calendar.

The kit includes four skills:

  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate applications against an approved role-specific scorecard, with evidence and uncertainty for human review.
  • Candidate Hiring Comms: Draft emails for different stages of the hiring process in the person hiring’s voice.
  • Operator Hiring Comms: Verify the sender, check communication history, prevent duplicate messages, and apply approval safeguards before sending.
  • Phone Screen Prep: Use a verified calendar event to prepare interview questions, a blank scorecard, and meeting notes in Notion.

It also includes a blank hiring-plan template, guided setup, and automation blueprints. These are reusable instructions and designs: each team needs to configure and test its accounts, role criteria, and workflows before activation.
